WHAT TYPE OF CANVAS DO YOU USE?

I use archival, gallery-wrapped, fine Belgian-linen that’s been oil-primed 4 times and sanded portrait-smooth. I purchase from Masterpiece Arts, who states they make “the finest professional quality artist canvas on the market,” and I use the “Elite™ Professional, 1-1/2" Deep, Poitiers™ Portrait Smooth Oil Primed Artfix Linen,” unless otherwise clearly stated in the painting’s description. All paintings will last for many lifetimes.
